Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCGF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,827 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Negative regulation of chromosome segregation, and DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair. Each is linked with PCGF6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF6-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF6 results are reported.
