PCGF5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,740 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR75, NHLRC2, and BZW2. Each is linked with PCGF5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF5-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCGF5 versus WDR75 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
