Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,911 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCGF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT9P1, OLFML2B, and KDELR3. Each is linked with PCGF5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF5-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCGF5 versus NUDT9P1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
