Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCGF5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,066 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCGF5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nerve growth factor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Regulation of protection from non-homologous end joining at telomere. Each is linked with PCGF5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF5-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nerve growth factor signaling pathway grouped by PCGF5-low versus PCGF5-high in LIVER.
