Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,848 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCGF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIP4K2B, BTBD7, and MBTD1. Each is linked with PCGF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF2-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCGF2 versus PIP4K2B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
