PCGF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, Caspase-8, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PCGF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF2-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by PCGF2-low versus PCGF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
