The most reproducible PCGF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Locomotory exploration behavior, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with PCGF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF2-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF2 results are reported.
