Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,044 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCGF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC11C, XPO1, and BLNK. Each is linked with PCGF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCGF1 versus SEC11C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
