Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,136 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUF2, CEP76, and CEP152. Each is linked with PCGF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCGF1 versus NUF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
