PCGF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCGF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V2P2, MTND4P8, and CHEK1. Each is linked with PCGF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V2P2 grouped by PCGF1-low versus PCGF1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCGF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCGF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
