Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCGF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,965 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCGF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 production, and Regulation of collagen fibril organization. Each is linked with PCGF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCGF1-to-partner and partner-to-PCGF1 results are reported.
