PCED1CP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCED1CP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,918 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCED1CP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Regulation of intracellular protein transport, and Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process. Each is linked with PCED1CP in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCED1CP-to-partner and partner-to-PCED1CP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to vacuole grouped by PCED1CP-low versus PCED1CP-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCED1CP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCED1CP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
