Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCED1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,449 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCED1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, DOCK8, and TESPA1. Each is linked with PCED1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCED1B-to-partner and partner-to-PCED1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCED1B versus GRAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCED1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCED1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
