PCED1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCED1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,659 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCED1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to steroid hormone, Leukocyte apoptotic process, and Fibroblast migration. Each is linked with PCED1B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCED1B-to-partner and partner-to-PCED1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to steroid hormone grouped by PCED1B-low versus PCED1B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCED1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCED1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
