Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Tuberin, and c-Myc. Each is linked with PCDHGC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGC4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGC4 results are reported.
