PCDHGB5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGB5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,089 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGB5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, Positive regulation of TOR signaling, and Circadian regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with PCDHGB5 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGB5-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane grouped by PCDHGB5-low versus PCDHGB5-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
