PCDHGA8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,199 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMPPA, NUDC_T145, and ZFR. Each is linked with PCDHGA8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA8-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGA8 versus GMPPA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
