PCDHGA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,248 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1S, CAMSAP2, and DBN1. Each is linked with PCDHGA6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA6-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGA6 versus C1S in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
