PCDHGA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,149 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, POSTN, and TBX2_S360. Each is linked with PCDHGA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA3-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGA3 versus FERMT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
