Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC22D1, PRUNE2, and SH3BGRL. Each is linked with PCDHGA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA3-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGA3 versus TSC22D1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
