PCDHGA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, FASN, and CD49b. Each is linked with PCDHGA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA3-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by PCDHGA3-low versus PCDHGA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
