PCDHGA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,579 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TES_S168, NRP1, and ZCCHC24. Each is linked with PCDHGA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA2-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGA2 versus TES_S168 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
