PCDHGA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PCDHGA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA2-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by PCDHGA2-low versus PCDHGA2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
