PCDHGA11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,441 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHGB3, PCDHGA3, and PCDHGA12. Each is linked with PCDHGA11 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA11-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHGA11 versus PCDHGB3 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHGA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHGA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
