Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PCDHGA10 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PCDHGA10 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher PCDHGA10 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PCDHGA10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM and HNSC are the cancer types where PCDHGA10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
