Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHGA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,977 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHGA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion via plasma membrane cell adhesion molecules, Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with PCDHGA1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHGA1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHGA1 results are reported.
