PCDHB9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,879 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAMSAP2, SKP1, and HDAC2. Each is linked with PCDHB9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB9-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB9 versus CAMSAP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
