Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,985 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion via plasma membrane cell adhesion molecules, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and COPII-coated vesicle cargo loading. Each is linked with PCDHB8 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB8-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB8 results are reported.
