PCDHB7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,908 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MFGE8_S42, MMP2, and SERPING1. Each is linked with PCDHB7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB7 versus MFGE8_S42 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
