PCDHB7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2RB, CCNB1IP1, and SRP54. Each is linked with PCDHB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB7-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB7 versus IL2RB in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
