Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, FASN, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with PCDHB4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a_pS318_S321 grouped by PCDHB4-low versus PCDHB4-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
