PCDHB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,205 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCARD, NMI, and TGFB1I1. Each is linked with PCDHB3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB3-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB3 versus PYCARD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
