Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,076 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion via plasma membrane cell adhesion molecules, Chondrocyte differentiation, and Appendage development. Each is linked with PCDHB2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB2-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB2 results are reported.
