Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Cyclin-B1, and Ku80. Each is linked with PCDHB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB2-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by PCDHB2-low versus PCDHB2-high in LUAD.
