Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,715 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARVA, NID1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with PCDHB15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB15-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB15 versus PARVA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
