Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,361 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L3, RAE1, and MRGBP. Each is linked with PCDHB15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB15-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB15 versus SEC14L3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
