Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB15-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP2, SUPV3L1, and EIF3D. Each is linked with PCDHB15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB15-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOP2 grouped by PCDHB15-low versus PCDHB15-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
