Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDHB15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 930 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB15-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10Q1, RD3L, and MAGEB5. Each is linked with PCDHB15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB15-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10Q1 grouped by PCDHB15-low versus PCDHB15-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
