Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,833 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHB14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP5D, MKNK1_S39, and GSN. Each is linked with PCDHB14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB14-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHB14 versus INPP5D in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
