PCDHB10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,903 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBGT1, ADAM33, and CX3CR1. Each is linked with PCDHB10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GBGT1 grouped by PCDHB10-low versus PCDHB10-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
