PCDHB10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDHB10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 214 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNA5, ASIC5, and H3C11. Each is linked with PCDHB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB10-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNA5 grouped by PCDHB10-low versus PCDHB10-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
