PCDHB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,619 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, LINC01128, and NLN. Each is linked with PCDHB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by PCDHB1-low versus PCDHB1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
