Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, PDCD4, and INPP4B. Each is linked with PCDHB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHB1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHB1 results are reported.
