Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,961 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi vesicle transport, and Golgi to plasma membrane transport. Each is linked with PCDHA6 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA6-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA6 results are reported.
