Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,769 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, Golgi to plasma membrane transport, and Autophagosome organization. Each is linked with PCDHA4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA4 results are reported.
