Across TCGA cell cohorts, PCDHA4 mutation is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 205 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDHA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXK2, SLBP, and GOLGA2. Each is linked with PCDHA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA4-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA4 results are reported.
