PCDHA11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,814 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHA12, PCDHA13, and PCDHAC1. Each is linked with PCDHA11 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA11-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PCDHA11 versus PCDHA12 in MESO, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
