PCDHA11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP9, GOT1, and ZWINT. Each is linked with PCDHA11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA11-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTMAP9 grouped by PCDHA11-low versus PCDHA11-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
