PCDHA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDHA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PCDHA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, 4E-BP1, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with PCDHA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDHA1-to-partner and partner-to-PCDHA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDHA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDHA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
