Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PCDH9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,055 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PCDH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, PRODH, and DDX17. Each is linked with PCDH9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PCDH9-to-partner and partner-to-PCDH9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PCDH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PCDH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
